1. Cancellation Policy

• Project-Based Services (Web/App/Design/Video): Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order or signing the agreement. If the project has already started, cancellation will be subject to deductions for work completed.
• Retainer-Based Services (Marketing/SEO): Digital Marketing and SEO services are typically billed monthly. You may cancel these services by providing a 30-day notice period. No refunds are issued for the current active billing cycle.
• How to Cancel: Customers may cancel a service request by contacting us at support@oddsrt.com.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility: Refunds are processed only if we fail to deliver the services as per the agreed scope of work or if the project is cancelled before any work begins (subject to the 48-hour window).
• Non-Refundable Items: Any third-party costs (such as domain registration, server hosting fees, paid plugins, or ad budget spend) are strictly non-refundable.
• Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within **5-7 working days** and credited back to the original method of payment.
