1. Scope of Services & Delivery

Oddsrt™ provides a range of digital solutions. Since we do not deal in physical goods, there is no physical shipping. Instead, we adhere to the following delivery protocols for our specific service lines:

• Web & App Development: Delivered via GitHub repository access, live server deployment, or APK/AAB files (for Android).
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Delivered via monthly performance reports, ad account setups, and live campaign dashboards.
• Graphic Design & Video Production: High-resolution files (PNG, JPG, MP4, etc.) and editable source files are transferred via secure cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, etc.).

Note: Timelines for these deliveries are subject to the project agreement signed at the commencement of the work.

2. Delivery Timelines

Project timelines are estimated at the start of each project. We strive to deliver all digital assets within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

3. Exchange Policy

Since our services are custom-tailored and digital in nature, traditional "exchanges" do not apply. However, we offer revisions and support as per the specific terms of your project agreement to ensure the final deliverable meets your requirements.
